Provides techniques for assessing student needs and determining their progress in health and physical education. Covers skill development in the use of selected test instruments, with an emphasis on the fundamentals of statistical treatment of data. Provides opportunities for applied research in the field through the “Be a Fit Kid” program.Prerequisite(s): MTH 243
