BI 561 - Invertebrate Natural History

Introduces invertebrates, with an emphasis on the natural history, classification, characteristics and ecological importance of some major marine, fresh water and terrestrial invertebrate groups- including sponges, cnidarians, annelids, molluscs, arthropods and echinoderms.  Three hours of lecture.
