The conflict resoultion minor increases skills and understanding of conflict and its constructive management, as it links theory, research and practice in a variety of contexts including interpersonal, organizational, community, intercultural. Students must achieve a 2.75 GPA in 24 credits of conflict resolution-related coursework listed below to earn a Conflict Resolution minor.  All courses must be taken for a letter grade unless instructor permission is obtained.  All courses are required. Students must meet all applicable requirements listed in the Minors section of this catalog, including the Minor residence requirement.
