ART 344 - Graphic Design

4 credits (maximum 12 credits)
Studies design principles, philosophy, aesthetics, and current stylistic directions in graphic design. Discusses logo design, business identity papers, ad design, poster design, book cover design, the business of design, digital design, prepress, and printing. Reviews the basic features of a vector drawing program. ART 304, DMF 201 and DMF 201L recommended.
