CS 457 - Security II 4 credits Covers techniques and principles of design and configuration of secure workstations, servers, and LANs. Presents system and LAN intrusion detection and data assurance monitoring. Discusses the basics of virtual private networks and perimeter protection, as well as systems and tools used for implementation. Prerequisite(s): CS 456 .
