BA 374 - Principles of Management 4 credits Provides an introductory survey of management principles. Students develop an understanding of all managerial types: domestic and international, public and private, small and large. Applies a systems approach to the managerial functions of planning, leading, organizing, controlling, and staffing. Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing or above.
