BA 430A - Nonprofit Grant Writing 4 credits Interacting with an instructor-approved nonprofit organization, this course teaches students to assess the organizational mission and search for and match grants to that mission or program. After interviewing a nonprofit organization contact person, students will explore grant options and participate in several aspects of grant writing such as, but not limited to, writing/evaluating boilerplate information, telling the story of the organization, program description and/or evaluation and grant budgeting. Prerequisite(s): Junior standing or above. Grade mode designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
