BA 430B - Board Governance and Volunteer Management 4 credits Interacting with an instructor-approved nonprofit organization, this course teaches students to evaluate trends in volunteerism, evaluate the organization’s current volunteer program, including Boards of Directors, and develop volunteer recruitment, management and retention strategies. Prerequisite(s): Junior standing or above. Grade mode designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
