TA 511C - Script Analysis III: Presentational Theatre
1 credit Third year students master their understanding of different plays and their unique structures. All plays analyzed in 511C are of a Presentational nature. Presentational Theatre has elements that may include direct address to the audience, use of verse, fantasy/fantastic settings and/or situations. and the bending of time. While a specific presentational play may require some realism in scenic and/or costume elements, Presentational Theatre has at least one element of production design that is abstract or metaphorical.
