ARTH 311 - Art and Music of the Twentieth Century to Present 4 credits Offers an interdisciplinary survey of the visual arts and music from the twentieth century to the present. Examines the intersections, cross-influences, and significant archetypes of visual art and music. Topics include modernism, postmodernism, primitivism, minimalism, futurism, and popular culture. Prerequisite(s): Completion of all lower division University Studies requirements. (Cross-listed with MUS 311 .) Approved for General Education: Communication & Expression Capacity, University Studies - I Strand Grade mode designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
