ARTH 450 - Race, Gender, and Ethnicity in Art 4 credits Explores artists of different races, genders, and ethnicities and considers issues of representation reflected in their art. Examines censorship, public art, and other contemporary art topics from legal, political, and cultural perspectives. May be applied to the Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies major or minor. Prerequisite(s): Junior standing or above. Approved for General Education: Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Capacity, University Studies - J Strand Grade mode designated on a CRN basis each term.
