BA 431 - Consumer Motivation and Behavior 4 credits Applies psychological, sociological, and business principles to the explanation of consumer behavior. Explains the marketing strategy plan through examination of motivation, perception, and learning principles. Discusses consumer behavior case problems. Prerequisite(s): BA 330 .
