Presents the basic processes required to analyze, plan, and implement business strategy in a competitive market system. Emphasizes the development of skills for integrating complex data into a plan of action used to direct a firm. Applies concepts learned in management, marketing, operations management, finance, accounting, and economics courses. Prerequisite(s): BA 324, BA 330, BA 374, BA 380, BA 382, and BA 385. Senior standing or above.
