Examines the major issues of modern policing, including recruitment, selection, hiring, retention, training, education, women, change, limited resources, and the political influences on policing. Prerequisite(s): CCJ 230 , CCJ 231 , CCJ 241 , CCJ 251 , CCJ 198 , and CCJ 301 . Junior standing or above.
