PS 320 - International Law 4 credits Introduces the fundamental building blocks of law in an international context. Principle inquiries include the concept of law in the transnational context, treaties, custom, the status of states, sovereignty, norms of diplomacy, and the permissible use of force. Prerequisite(s): Junior standing or above or IS 250 .
