PSY 369 - Human Sexuality 4 credits Explores dimensions of human sexuality from a psychosocial perspective. While the psychological aspects of sexuality are accented, attention is also given to biological, sociological, and cultural factors and their complex interaction. Students will gain a scholarly perspective on these factors; enhance understanding of personal sexual beliefs, attitudes, and practices; and further appreciate the diversity that comprises the human sexual experience. May be applied to the Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies major or minor. Prerequisite(s): Junior standing or above. Approved for General Education: University Studies - J Strand Grade mode designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
