MAT 530 - Differentiated Instructional Strategies 4 credits Explores how to select and employ a variety of instructional strategies to help all learners develop a deep understanding of academic content matter, build connections between subjects, and apply knowledge in meaningful and authentic ways. Explores the teacher’s role in meeting the needs of exceptional learners within the general education classroom, explores the forms and functions of academic language, and examines the principles of universal design.
