INL 424 - Organizational Innovation 4 credits Students learn to ideate, innovate, and iterate in collaboration with an engaged audience to develop solutions to organizational challenges. The course teaches students to develop a value hypothesis, conduct user development interviews, and build a minimum viable product (prototype) to test the student’s business model or organizational change. Students are welcome to apply entrepreneurial thinking to solve a challenge in an existing organization or pursue a startup enterprise that interests them. Prerequisite(s): INL majors or instructor approval. Approved for General Education: Creativity & Innovation Capacity, University Studies - I Strand
