MUS 115 - Audio and Music Production I - Foundations 3 credits Audio & Music Production I covers introductory concepts and skill development in audio and music production. Students work with consumer grade software applications designed to produce music digitally that are either free or come bundled with their computers. Students develop skills in controlling this software with consumer grade hardware, such as control surfaces and digital audio interfaces. Students develop basic skills in songwriting, music composition, and learn how to prepare music for a recorded performance. Grade mode designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
