GSWS 222 - Gender, Race, and Food Studies

Using gender and race as lenses for understanding food studies, we explore the ways identities shape and are shaped by food. Centering an anti-racist framework, we critically examine how socio-historical contexts shape food injustice, and explore food movements that seek to imagine new futures.
