HST 349 - Global History of Slavery

This course introduces students to scholarship and philosophy on the concepts of slavery and freedom throughout the world and from ancient history to the recent past. It addresses slavery from the perspectives of economics, politics, and lived experience. Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing or above.
