LIS 370 - Topics in Humanities Research


4 credits
This course explores rich topics in the humanities for which a variety of research materials from multiple time periods exist for students to discover, analyze, and use in original research projects. Students will examine primary sources, secondary research, popular sources, varied media, and much more. Example topics include “The French Revolution in Fact and Fiction,” “Jane Austen in the 21st Century” and “The Trojan War Throughout History.” Repeatable for up to 12 credits. Prerequisite(s): WR 121Z  or equivalent, WR 122Z  or equivalent, and WR 123  or equivalent.
