PHL 205 - Ethics: Moral Issues

4 credits
Includes an introduction to ethics and moral reasoning. Various frameworks for moral evaluation and approaches to moral reasoning are introduced, and these are contextualized within contemporary topics of ethical concern. Examples of such topics include domestic and global hunger and poverty, terrorism and war, end of life issues, genetic manipulation, the ethics of reproduction, racial justice, and environmental ethics.
