COMM 346 - Health Communication

Provides a broad introduction to the topic of health communication, including issues such as health literacy, health policy communication, intercultural communication, and communication in healthcare. Students learn how theories of health communication apply to societal/public health problems and individual health problems, and discuss patient, clinician, and family health communication.
