BI 426 - Genomics

This course teaches the foundational characteristics of genomics. This includes various techniques of mapping the genome, annotation, comparative genomics, and genomic evolution. This course relies heavily on learning computational methods to study genomes. Prerequisite(s): BI 341  or instructor permission.
