3 credits Examines the components of a Comprehensive School Counseling Program and the role of the school counselor. Prepares school counselors to lead teams as leaders in the development and implementation of comprehensive school counseling programs. Introduces principles of leadership, system change, and advocacy. Examines State and National Comprehensive School Counseling models to implement as a leader.
