GEOG 111 - Physical Environment I 4 credits Explores and analyzes the environment, bringing together the many physical factors that create a complete understanding of Earth system operations. Includes basic concepts and relationships between the atmosphere, hydrosphere, geosphere, and biosphere with emphasis on the atmosphere and hydrosphere. Familiarizes students with human-environment interactions that are relevant to our lives. Three hours of lecture and one 3-hour laboratory.
