PSY 229 - Methods, Statistics, and Applications II

Examines survey, correlational, and quasi-experimental research designs with appropriate statistical techniques (e.g., correlations, regression, chi-square). Students will apply their skills and understanding of principles from Psy 228 and gain practice in survey writing, collecting and analyzing data, literature searches and reviews, developing a research question with appropriate methodology to test it, and writing APA research reports. Prerequisite(s): PSY 228.
