Examines the global crime scene and criminal justice systems of other nations. Reviews the major families of law and other nations’ approaches, philosophies, and methods of dealing with their national crime. Topics include cross-national crime data and comparisons, the roles of substantive and procedural law within the nation, and comparing structures and processes of other nations.
