ED 426 - Bullies and Victims in the Schools: Intervention/Prevention
3 credits Designed to provide understanding of the bully/victim syndrome, policy guidelines, and strategies and methods to intervene and curb bullying in the schools. Provides teachers with a system of preventing and dealing with bullying abuse in the schools. Examines the identified types of bullying and their manifestations, as well as applicable state and federal laws. Prerequisite(s): Junior standing or above.
