Requirements

Complete a minimum of 28 credits in chemistry for a grade (A-F), at least 13 of which must be upper division. Choose upper division courses from at least two of the following areas of chemistry: analytical, biochemistry, inorganic, organic, and physical. Maintain an overall GPA of 2.0 in all upper division chemistry courses.  Note: students must also meet all applicable requirements listed in the Minors section of this catalog, including the Minor residence requirement.

• CH 223Z - General Chemistry III 3 credits
• CH 227Z - General Chemistry Laboratory I 2 credits
• CH 228Z - General Chemistry Laboratory II 2 credits
• CH 229Z - General Chemistry Laboratory III 2 credits
• Upper division electives (approved by advisor) 13 credits
