The INL degree is designed for working professionals who have a desire to lead, innovate, collaborate, and think creatively.
Courses for the INL degree are offered in two modalities: face-to-face 5-week accelerated classes that meet on the Medford campus and 10-week fully online version of courses.
As a student who graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Innovation and Leadership,
- You will explore and apply effective personal, group and organizational leadership styles.
- You will become proficient in innovation and entrepreneurial thinking by applying skills in emerging media, business analysis and human centered design.
- You will evaluate organizations from a variety of perspectives including financial, ethical, cultural, and strategic.
- You will learn how to communicate effectively in a range of contexts relevant tocontemporary professional practice
Up to 120 quarter hours may be transferred for credit into the Innovation and Leadership program. The remaining courses may be completed at Southern Oregon University. Students must complete a total of 180 quarter credits with 60 of those credits being at the upper division level.
