Certificate in Special Education “Added Endorsement”

The Special Education Added Endorsement is a set of undergraduate courses that can be taken as part of the Education Studies Degree with Multiple Subjects Licensure.  Those completing both pathways will be licensed to teach in all grade levels K-6 and Special Education classrooms.  Candidates will apply in their junior year and must be accepted by the Education Studies and SPED Coordinators.

All courses must be completed with a b- or better. Graduate students pursuing the MAT are restricted from pursuing this certificate.
