Mathematics Minor

Students must meet all applicable requirements listed in the Minors section of this catalog, including the Minor residence requirement.

2 Consult your advisor to select upper division mathematics courses that are most applicable to your major and/or career goals. Some upper division courses will have additional prerequisites.
 3 The upper division credits are usually fulfilled with three 4-5 credit classes. Students may substitute two distinct MTH 481  topics for one of those courses. Double Minors in both Mathematics and Mathematics Education may still count two of the MTH 481 topics taken for the Mathematics Education Minor for one course of the upper division requirements in the Mathematics Minor.
