Conflict Resolution Minor

The conflict resoultion minor increases skills and understanding of conflict and its constructive management, as it links theory, research and practice in a variety of contexts including interpersonal, organizational, community, intercultural. Students must achieve a 2.75 GPA in 24 credits of conflict resolution-related coursework listed below to earn a Conflict Resoultion minor. All courses must be taken for a letter grade unless instructor permission is obtained. All courses are required. Students must meet all applicable requirements listed in the Minors section of this catalog, including the Minor residence requirement. Communication majors with the Communication Studies concentration may not achieve a minor in Conflict Resolution.
