PEA 197 - T’ai Chi Chuan 2 credits Introduces the ancient Chinese system of self-defense, primarily practiced today for its benefits in terms of exercise, flexibility, and inner calm. Focuses on a dance-like series of slow movements that build balance, strength, and coordination. Repeatable for a maximum of 6 credits. Grade mode designated on a CRN basis each term.
