3 credits Students will conduct a comprehensive examination of musical literature for their major instrument or voice, from the instrument’s inception to the present. The course is designed to enhance knowledge, appreciation, and understanding of a wide variety of composers and styles. Prerequisite(s): MUS 300, admission into the Bachelor of Music in Performance program, or instructor permission.
