COMM 221 - Creative Industries 2 credits Focuses on how creative industries work, and how students can best align their creative, strategic and professional interests to have impact in a complex world. In this course we will understand how ideas become valuable, how dynamic enterprises such as advertising agencies, tech startups and advocacy non-profits work to leverage the value of ideas, and how students can begin their journey to vibrant professional identities. Grade mode designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
