CS 336 - Networks I

Surveys the technologies used on the Internet and in enterprise internetworks. Studies the different types of delay on networks, including transmission, processing, queuing, and propogation delay. Covers the TCP/IP protocol model and prepares students to configure, maintain, and secure company networks that use Ethernet, wireless networking, and TCP/IP. Prerequisite(s): CS 257 with a B or better.
