ED 446 - Assessment/Evaluation of English Language Learners 4 credits Teaches assessment principles in the context of language acquisition theory, pedagogical methodology, and legal considerations for ELLs in the public school system. Emphasizes language proficiency and academic progress in the first and second languages of students. Introduces standard and alternative instruments and measures.
