CCJ 411 - Criminal Law

Covers the nature, origins, and purposes of criminal law, constitutional limits on criminal law, general principles of criminal liability, complicity and vicarious criminal liability, inchoate crimes, defenses to criminal liability, and crimes against persons, public morality, and the government. Prerequisite(s): Studenst must have completed all lower-division CCJ required courses.
