Examines the development of western European art music in the twentieth century. Important musical styles covered include: serialism, impressionism, expressionism, minimalism, aleatoric music, and musique concrete. Approved for University Studies (Integration - Strand J). Prerequisite(s): Completion of all lower division University Studies requirements.
