Surveys theory, research and application relative to how people perceive, learn, remember, and think. Topics typically include cognitive neuroscience, and the mental representations that are involved in perception, attention, memory, language, reasoning, problem solving, decision making, and creative thinking. Project-based course. Prerequisite(s): PSY 201 and lower division writing course (USEM 103 or WR 122 ).
