Addresses advertising and promotion from the viewpoint of influential beliefs, attitudes, intentions, and behavior. Covers advertising and promotions, personal sales, public relations, publicity, and other communication tools. Examines television, radio, newspapers, magazines, out-of-home, direct mail, and interactive media, including the internet. Uses practical exercises for planning and designing and integrated marketing campaign using multiple media. Students are given opportunities to make managerial decisions about how to communicate with consumers.
