Examines the fundamental subject areas of tort liabilities (both intentional torts and the tort of negligence), contracts, intellectual property law and miscellaneous legal topics. Examines the impact of the same on risk management, cyberlaw and business planning. Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule.
