BA 380 - Operations Management

Studies service and manufacturing industries, with an emphasis on management applications. Students use computers for problem solving when applicable. Topics include quality concepts, just-in-time, productivity, product design, scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning, facility layout, work measurement and design, and materials requirements planning. Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule. Restricted to Business majors Juniors and above. Prerequisite(s): MTH 243.
