Covers the nature, origins, and purposes of criminal law, constitutional limits on criminal law, general principles of criminal liability, complicity and vicarious criminal liability, inchoate crimes, defenses to criminal liability, and crimes against persons, public morality, and the government. Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule. Restricted to Juniors and above.
