CCJ 414 - Constitutional Issues in Corrections

Addresses contemporary and controversial issues in corrections such as gross incapacitation, plea bargaining, competency to stand trial, insanity, and the death penalty. Covers mandatory guidelines, diversion, the structure and administration of probation, parole, and post-prior supervision. Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term.
