4 credits Examines the dynamics of effective, synergistic, ethics-driven leadership in complex criminal justice organizations. Students identify their personal leadership strengths and philosophies based on academic study, exploration of their own personal strengths and interests, and by comparing and contrasting complimentary and even conflicting leadership approaches. Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule. Must be eligible to take Graduate level coursework. Prerequisite(s): Instructor consent.
