ED 597 - Creativity in the Workplace

Addresses the challenges of incorporating creativity into the workplace both as an issue of personal creative development and as a leadership issue related to nurturing creativity and innovation in others. Offers an opportunity to acquire and practice multiple strategies for fostering creativity in oneself and in others. Grading option designated on a CRN basis each term. Students should consult current term schedule. Must be eligible to take Graduate level coursework.
